| St Mary’s Choir | There has been a gentlemen and boys choir at St Mary’s since 1123, and we are proud to be able to continue this glorious English choral tradition. | |
| St Mary’s Girls’ Choir | One of the first girls’ choirs to be established at a major church in the UK, with the special sound of girls voices from age 8 to 18. | |
| St Mary’s Scholars | A chamber choir giving performances in St Mary’s and further afield, and providing music for services at times when the other choirs are unavailable. | |
| Collegium | This parish choir presents larger-scale works and concerts, often with orchestra and professional soloists, in St Mary’s Church. |

The Friends of St Mary’s Choir exists to arouse, develop and maintain the interest of the public in the choirs of St Mary’s, Warwick, including St Mary’s Choir, St Mary’s Girls’ Choir, and St Mary’s Colts’ Choir, and to raise and provide funds for furthering the work of the choirs. The Guild of Ex-Choristers brings together former choristers from St Mary’ Choir and St Mary’s Girls’ Choir over the years. St Mary's has two organs and organ recitals are held in the church.
There is an active Outreach Programme.
