Music at St Mary’s
The music at St Mary’s Church, Warwick, has long been celebrated as one of the finest expressions of the sacred, cathedral-style choral tradition in the Midlands. With a rich heritage dating back over 900 years, St Mary’s maintains a vibrant programme that blends historical reverence with contemporary vitality. The Choirs, comprising both adults and children, lead regular services throughout the week with a repertoire ranging from medieval plainsong to modern sacred works and commissions, often accompanied by the church’s magnificent organs. St Mary’s also serves as a cultural hub, hosting concerts and recitals that draw musicians and audiences from far and wide, further cementing its reputation as a beacon of musical and cultural excellence in Warwickshire.
